Welcome to Messiah Christian Preschool

Messiah Christian Preschool’s role as a Developmental Christian Preschool is to provide a positive first step in preparing children for school. We want to work closely with families in preparing children to be successful in an educational setting. Emphasis will be placed on developing fine and gross motor skills, language skills, cognitive skills, self-help skills, and a positive self concept.

 

We commit to offer a thematic approach to learning, integrating the curriculum through varied interest centers that promote language and literacy; critical thinking and problem solving; and learning through exploratory multi-sensory experiences. This combination of a thematic learning approach, combined with activity and interest centered learning, allows each child to reach a higher level of thinking and understanding by creating an environment that is exciting, dynamic, multi-dimensional, and fun.

 

There are many developmental skills that will be addressed each day in preschool. Teachers will provide daily experiences in the areas of cognitive, language, self-help, fine and gross motor, art expression, music, emotional, and social development.

Family Focused Programing:

Mornings 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM

  • 5 Days a Week Program ($405 a month)
  • 4 Days a Week Program ($355 a month)
  • 3 Days a Week Program ($295 a month)
  • 2 Days a Week Program ($230 a month)

We know every family’s schedule is different! Families can choose which days of the week their child will join us for preschool.

New Program Coming this Fall 2026:

Enrichment with Provided Lunch

  • Tuesday 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Thursday 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
    • $25 per day
    • $20 per day discount for all enrolled students

What is the student-teacher ratio?

At Messiah Christian Preschool, our classes will have a maximum of 24 students split between 2 classes. Each classroom will have its own teacher, a shared teacher's aide, the Preschool Director, and some days an adult volunteer on staff. 

What is the school's policy on parent involvement?

At Messiah Christian Preschool, we believe that communication between parent and teacher is essential for the development of a strong relationship. We strive to keep parents informed and up-to-date with their child's progress. Parents are welcome to volunteer in our classrooms.

Is there a registration fee?

There is an annual non-refundable $50 registration fee due at the time of registering. 

Can I register online?

Registeration is available through email. Please provide your student's name, date of birth, parent's name, and email in the contact form. See our contact page.

Does Messiah Lutheran Church offer Sunday School?

Yes, Messiah Lutheran Church offers Sunday School during the 8:30 AM Worship Service on the second and fourth Sundays of the month. It runs September through May. Messiah Lutheran Church worships every Sunday at 8:30 AM. All are welcome.
